Waste oil drums are hazardous waste.

Some enterprises and individuals dispose of discarded oil drums and sulfuric acid drums at will after using up oil and sulfuric acid. In fact, the recycling of discarded sulfuric acid tanks and fuel tanks also requires qualified departments to operate. With the development of industry, more and more hazardous wastes are discharged in the process of industrial production. It is estimated that 0.33 billion tons of hazardous waste is generated globally every year. Due to the serious pollution and potential serious impact of hazardous waste, industrial developed countries have called hazardous waste "political waste". The public is very sensitive to the problem of hazardous waste and opposes the establishment of hazardous waste disposal sites in their own areas, so the treatment cost of hazardous waste is higher.
